I started Hiller ProTech to better serve marketing agencies struggling with expanding, while also providing access to skills that would be expensive to purchase in-house as a full time staff member.

Building a business is hard enough on it's own. Staff costs are an agency's biggest expense, so finding ways to get costs that scale more easily with demand in the short term is a great way to control costs.

The primary concern with remote workers is will the quality meet your agency's expectations? I understand that client sites need to written to a standard you would be proud to call your own. If you're near the Colchester/Ipswich/Chelmsford/Cambridge/London area face to face meetings are recommended to improve the creative flow.
